Description: Ross tells his friends about his new girlfriend, Elizabeth, going on to Florida for spring vacation. Rachel asked her friends to find a guy for her to take to a charity ball, but while at the newsstand, she meets an attractive guy named Sebastian that she wants to take to the ball.
